Placeholder terms for the Kush pilot. This is a coherent draft, not final legal text — review with a lawyer before launch.
Kush (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) operates a technology platform that lets you discover and book at-home wellness and massage classes in India. The wellness services themselves are provided by the operating business and its vetted professionals (“Providers”). The Platform facilitates discovery, booking, scheduling and payment; it is not itself a medical or healthcare provider.
A booking is a request to reserve a class at a chosen date, time and address. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation in the app. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate contact and address details and to ensure a safe, accessible space for the class.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree to treat Providers with respect and to maintain professional, non-abusive behaviour throughout every class. Any harassment, intoxication, inappropriate requests, or unsafe conditions entitle the Provider to end the class immediately, with charges applied per the refund policy. You must be 18 or older to book.
Wellness services carry inherent risks. You should disclose relevant health conditions before a class and stop if you feel discomfort. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the class in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
